Fabric Protection Service Darlington (Decorgard®)

Love your fabrics longer. Superior Furniture Care professionally apply Decorgard® Fibre Protector to sofas, dining chairs, rugs and carpet across Sydney’s Inner West creating an invisible, breathable barrier that helps liquids bead, slows soiling and makes spot-cleaning easier.

Why choose Decorgard® with Superior Furniture Care

  • Repels water and oil-based spills so you’ve got time to blot before stains set, and dry soils release more easily when vacuumed.
  • Low-odour, non-toxic application suitable for residential and commercial interiors.
  • Wool & fine fabric friendly—designed to preserve the original feel and appearance of textiles.
  • Experienced Sydney technicians who apply the correct amount of product evenly on all surfaces being treated.

What we protect

Upholstery (sofas, armchairs, ottomans, dining chairs), soft furnishings (upholstered beds & headboards, cushions, drapes) plus rugs and all carpet. For delicate weaves and designer textiles, we patch-test first and tailor the method to fibre type.

How the service works

  1. Assessment — fabric ID, dye stability and condition check.
  2. Preparation — Careful covering of floors and adjacent surfaces when required.
  3. Application — even coverage for full fibre penetration.
  4. Cure — touch-dry quickly; allow 5 hours to cure (24 hours is ideal before heavy use).
  5. Care guide — simple spill-response and maintenance tips to extend protection life.
